Do you charge for travel time and mileage?
 | Absolutely not! We charge one flat rate. We do not nickel and
dime our customers with hidden fees. |
When do I pay for services?
 | Payment for services rendered is due on the day service is rendered. |
How do I pay for items that need to be purchased?
 | You must provide monies in advance to be used for shopping and
errands. Your Professional Helper will provide written receipts any
time money is dispersed. |
Are you bonded and insured?
 | Your Professional Helper carries Business Insurance and Bond Insurance,
which covers the business and its employees. We can provide a copy of
our Certificate of Insurance from our Insurance Agent at your request. |
What are your methods of payment?
 | We accept cash, check and credit cards. Credit Card arrangements must be
made prior to service. |
Do you offer chauffeur service?
 | Sorry, at this time we do not offer any chauffeur or taxi services. |
Do you offer any babysitting services?
 | We do not offer any childcare services. |
Are you a messenger service?
 | We run errands, but we are not a messenger service. |
Do you offer package rates?
 | Yes! We offer a special rate for customers who would like to buy a
minimum of 10 hours in advance. You will receive our best rates and
will receive priority scheduling. |
Do you offer gift certificates?
 | Yes! The gift of time is the most precious gift of all. There is a
two hour minimum on all gift certificates. |
